Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI) is looking for a Full Time Case Manager for Network for Safe Families. This position is responsible for home based visits to provide case management needs including helping families achieve goals and provide knowledge regarding community resources.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required.
 Valid driver’s license, in force auto insurance coverage, and vehicle required.
 Case management experience preferred.
 Community partners and/or Network for Safe Families experience preferred.
 Flexible schedule needed depending on client needs

  • Must have access to the internet and experience with computers.
  • 2 years experience in the social work field in Kosciusko County or surrounding counties preferred.

Part-Time Home-Based Clinician

LSSI is seeking candidates for a part-time (approximately 25 hours per week) home-based clinician position serving the Whitley and Allen counties area.

Duties

• Provide direct counseling services to individuals and families in the home and at our main office.
• Provide services with behavior and language that demonstrates respect for sociocultural values, goals, life choices, and family interactions.
• Schedule varies; must be able to work evening hours as required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human service field.
• Indiana clinical licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMCH, or two years of clinical experience preferred.
• The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of social work values, as well as motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care practices.
• Training and experience with trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy preferred.
