What I like most about my job at LSSI:
Every day at LSSI, we make a positive impact on families as we empower them toward social, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. I have the privilege of watching God use LSSI to make such a difference. I'm thankful to be a part of what God does through the work of our agency.

Why do you think our ministry here is important?
LSSI is a social-ministry organization that has served people through the love of Jesus Christ for more than a century. Community partners, churches, and families in northern Indiana count on LSSI to provide serves to those with social, emotional, and spiritual needs. The professional social services that we deliver through the love of Jesus make a significant and unique impact in the community and in the lives of those served.

What I like most about my job at LSSI:
LSSI has been a second home to me for many years. It's a place where both staff and clients are treated with love and respect. It's a place where our faith can be shown on a daily basis through the work we do. To me, it has always been more than just a job. It has been a ministry that has changed many lives, and one that I am so fortunate to be a part of.

Why do you think our ministry here is important?
It's a refreshing feeling to be able to work with a group of people that strives toward accomplishing a common goal—to express the love of Jesus for all people through our services. Our intentional focus on our mission will always push us to reach more people so that they, too, can feel His love.
