He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those that trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:29-32

All people are created with social, emotional, and spiritual parts to their being, and we want to make sure that we address all three of those aspects with our programs. We also do our best to identify that our clients are spiritual beings, and to be certain that we respect each individual’s personal convictions. We have strong partnerships with churches in the community, and we’re ready to connect any client with a church, should that be his or her wish. We also offer clients the opportunity to fill out prayer requests, and we’ll connect clients with a church for prayer as well, should that be their desire.

Children’s Village

We’ve imbedded character-building lessons in the curriculum at Children’s Village, our early-learning center. Through these lessons, we hope to promote the moral development that children need today and to help them identify and make good choices. Preschool students at Children’s Village also have the opportunity to attend chapel services once a week at Lutheran Life Villages as a part of our ongoing intergenerational programming. During chapel, Lutheran Life Villages residents and Children’s Village students sing to one another and listen to a short message tailor-made for the children. If you’re interested in attending a chapel service with the kids at Children’s Village, give us a call (260) 426-3347.

Many families going through the adoption process are on a spiritual journey. Adoption can be a complicated process for both birth and adoptive parents, and we offer comfort, compassion, and care to these families as they work through difficult decision-making processes. For birth parents making the decision to place their children for adoption, we offer ongoing guidance and the opportunity to receive lifetime assistance. Adoptive parents often grapple with the tough decision of whether adoption is right for their families, and many nights can be spent in prayer. We offer our counsel and step-by step guidance throughout the adoption process.

Cup of Kindness

This program offers an amazing time for clients to share their stories—and have us join them in their prayers, should that be something they desire. When clients come to us, often humbled by their financial need, we want them to know that we care for them as individuals. Our Cup of Kindness program offers more than financial assistance—it offers compassion and understanding.
